Não gosto muito de tofu, mas quando é bem cozinhado até fica bastante saboroso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5294482201895902114" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_3_0uXM5Q8Uk/SXnHguGiG6I/AAAAAAAAAAM/cxuhNN3d15I/s320/P1230793.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;500g de tofu,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;2 dentes de alho picados,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;molho de soja,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;cebola picada,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;vinagre balsamico,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;cogumelos enlatados,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;azeite,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;natas de soja light,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;1 colher de sopa de concentrado de tomate,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;pimenta preta,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;salsa picada,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;sementes de sésamo para decorar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Cortar o tofu em cubinhos com cerca de 1 cm. Alourar o alho no azeite num frigideira larga, em seguida adicionar o tofu até adquirir uma cor dourada. Salpicar o tofu com uma colher de sopa de molho de soja e deixar cozinhar um pouco em lume forte.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Passar o tofu para um prato e reservar. Alourar a cebola na mesma frigideira até ficar mole, adicionar os cogumelos e saltear. Juntar o vinagre balsamico e deixar evaporar. Temperar com a pimenta preta e adicionar o concentrado de tomate. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Juntar o tofu, adicionar as natas de soja e misturar bem. Provar e juntar molho de soja a gosto.
